I went to GPA when I was in a hurry to get a project done. They remodeled my basement and I can’t put into words how satisfied I am.

I would and will hire GPA Contracting again and will likely bring them back to remodel my bathroom. The work that was done was excellent. Prep is important and they take the time to prep all surfaces completely before any coatings are applied

GPA was able to take on a stair and siding project for us recently that we could not be happier with.

Gleidison came out and offered a number of great ideas that we had not considered, with a solid grasp about how to make the projects happen. He was awesome about answering our questions and providing choices for materials, and also realistic costs as things progressed.

The way that the jobs came out just look great, and we are very confident in the craftsmanship too.

We are also very thankful for the crew who were here each day. They were incredible on many levels - skill, speed, attention to detail, efficiency, and putting in honest work throughout.

GPA replaced our kitchen counters and as we liked their work a lot, we asked them to renovate our enclosed our porch as well. Gleidison is very knowledgeable and listens carefully what the owner wants, rather than imposing his views, yet still providing useful suggestions. We have also been very impressed with the cleanliness the crew works, and the crew itself is a group of very nice, civil guys. We will definitely ask GPA for future work.

G and his team were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The project went as smoothly as possible, and we could not be happier with how the end result turned out. We would gladly work with them again on a future project!

Gleidison has been my contractor for several projects in my house. The first was in a house that I bought after the owner had begun an extensive renovation. This allowed me to work with Gleidison and his team on completing the house according to my own needs and preferences. Gleidison and team were highly competent at all aspects of this activity: design and structural issues, highly quality of workmanship in implementing the design, keep on target --or even ahead of -- regarding schedule for completing the work, follow-up on any issues that arose after I moved into the house. Since that time, I have engaged Gleidison's services for several other projects--including siding work and constructing a deck. Both projects were beautifully executed. Not only does Gleidison have very high standards for his own work but also for the work of the superb subcontractors he employs. He is always accessible, and his prices are always reasonable. I consider myself very fortunate for the chance to work with him on my home.

Contrary to everyone’s advice, we stayed in the house in 2022 while Gleidison and his GPA team completely replaced our kitchen, transformed our bedroom and attached bath, upgraded our other bath and replaced our front steps. It was absolutely the right thing to do. The GPA team is the
best – wonderful people doing meticulous work. We looked forward to their coming each day and are thrilled with the result.

GPA did major mostly exterior work on a home we purchased. Replaced all the siding with Hardiplank, replaced damaged plywood under siding and wrapped home before new siding put up. Installed new windows and a new roof. They also did some minor work inside the home. All the work was high quality and crews were clearly skilled craftsmen. Gleidson was great to work with and offered insightful suggestions along the way as problems were discovered. He kept on top of every detail of the work and completed the project in the time he estimated. We will use his firm again when we determine what interior work we want.
